What’s your favorite childhood memory?
My favorite childhood memory is playing in front of the apartments in summer where I grew up with my little sister and my cousin. We used to eat those cheap “Icee Pops” that came in sheets and you had to freeze yourself.

I do not remember Icee Pops but they sound good. I think my favorite childhood memory was coming home on the school bus on Friday which was my mother’s day off so she would be home. I’d be so excited inside my chest. When I went in the house she would have my supper waiting for me. In the summer it would be my favorite: creamed asparagus on toast, Hostess Suzy Q’s, and a bottle of Pepsi or RC Cola. We lived in the country so we had lots of asparagus and morels and they were my best foods. I’ve tried to replicate that but somehow I cannot.
